For years of working overseas (Singapore, Norway, ) and now in The Philippines, I had been very expose to multi racial communities and that experience had taught the value of Respecting Cultural Diversity, tolerance, respect for diverse faiths and embracing my own uniquenes. That experience has also help me learn the importance of work ethics. My level of thinking had become broader that in performing task has been more exciting and driven, creative and innovative.
